We blend deep nervous system healing, trauma release, body-based therapies, breath work and unapologetic self expression, because real transformation isn’t tidy or theoretical. It shows up in your posture, your voice, your choices, the way you walk into a room and take up the space you were always meant to claim.

HEY, I'M JEN
The face and brains behind The Lunar Lounge Academy and creator of Y:OUR Liberation RoadMap, With over two decades of experience in mind-body practices and a lifetime of lived lessons that I bring into your therapy and training courses. I blend science, evidence based practices and real-world humanity, weaving together what research proves and what life actually demands, so your therapy and training land in your body, not just your mind.
I’ve spent more than twenty years studying the mind, body, movement and even longer navigating the beautiful chaos of being neurodivergent, raising four kids and building businesses from sheer grit. Everything I teach comes from lived experience, professional depth and a genuine obsession with helping people feel human again. At The Lunar Lounge Academy, you don’t just learn techniques. You learn from someone who has walked the fire, taken notes and turned it into work that actually changes lives.

RECOVERY ROOM
At our Wilstead venue, we’ve created a space that’s as restorative as it is grounding. Inside, our tranquil studio is designed for calm, focus, and deep work on your body and nervous system. Step outside and connect with nature around our fire pit, or retreat to the Recovery Room, where you can reset with an infrared sauna, invigorate in the ice bath, and boost circulation with compression therapy. Every corner of this space is designed to help you recover, recharge, and leave feeling more connected to yourself—body, mind, and soul.

1-Connection to Yourself
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it's easy to lose touch with ourselves. The mind-body connection is a powerful force that influences our emotional and physical states. Through self-awareness and mindfulness practices, getting out of the head into the body, we can strengthen this connection, leading to improved emotional resilience and a more profound understanding of our own thoughts and feelings. Connecting to ourselves with intuitive movement breath work helps to unearth repressed emotions and trauma from the body, face our truths putting us in touch with who we are at our core.
2- Connection to Each Other
Human beings are inherently social creatures, and meaningful connections with others play a pivotal role in our mental and emotional health. Our retreats and ceremonies explore the importance of cultivating and nurturing relationships, offering tips on building strong connections with family, friends, and the community. Forming healthy connections to others is part of our basic human needs which creates a sense of belonging, a safe space to be seen and heard.
3- Connection to Nature
Nature has an incredible ability to restore and rejuvenate. Research consistently shows that spending time in nature has positive effects on mental health, reducing stress and promoting a sense of well-being. By exploring the symbiotic relationship between humans and the natural world, many of our workshops and retreats incorporate nature into the practices, meditating, walking, breath-work and cold water therapy, we get outside as much as possible. The clue is in the name, Lunar Spirit, we connect to the cycles of the moon, mother natures cyclical rhythms of the seasons, elements and planetary alignments, working in sync with your own natural rhythms brings a deeper connection to energy that is all around us- everything is connected!
