HEY, I'M JEN
The face and brains behind the business- let’s not sugar coat it- life is tough some of the time, juggling family, building a business/career, house chores, bills, what to have for bloody dinner every night (or is that just me?) now add ADHD, peri-menopause, healing past trauma on top of that, can be a lot.
I know this as I’ve been there, still there in some respects doing the work! There is light, I mean if I can go from being a homeless crack head to award winning coach, author and business owner- then there is so much hope for you too!
I started the Lunar brand in 2016 (previously named The Healing Shed) as I had 2 small ones at home under 3, recently separated, I’d realised many moons ago I didn’t want to work for anyone else, I needed flexible home based hours to work round being a sole parent. I dug my massage bed out of the cupboard and went for it.....

THE STUDIO
Our calming, tranquil studio and outdoor space complete with fire pit and ice bath is available to hire for your workshop, course or retreat day.

The lounge is a hive of connection that will empower you to take charge of your own mind and body, with monthly Full Moon Ceremonies, Retreat days and workshops. We are based in Bedfordshire and have people travel form all over the U.K to join, it's worth the journey to raise collective consciousness!
1-Connection to Yourself
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it's easy to lose touch with ourselves. The mind-body connection is a powerful force that influences our emotional and physical states. Through self-awareness and mindfulness practices, getting out of the head into the body, we can strengthen this connection, leading to improved emotional resilience and a more profound understanding of our own thoughts and feelings. Connecting to ourselves with intuitive movement breath work helps to unearth repressed emotions and trauma from the body, face our truths putting us in touch with who we are at our core.
2- Connection to Each Other
Human beings are inherently social creatures, and meaningful connections with others play a pivotal role in our mental and emotional health. Our retreats and ceremonies explore the importance of cultivating and nurturing relationships, offering tips on building strong connections with family, friends, and the community. Forming healthy connections to others is part of our basic human needs which creates a sense of belonging, a safe space to be seen and heard.
3- Connection to Nature
Nature has an incredible ability to restore and rejuvenate. Research consistently shows that spending time in nature has positive effects on mental health, reducing stress and promoting a sense of well-being. By exploring the symbiotic relationship between humans and the natural world, many of our workshops and retreats incorporate nature into the practices, meditating, walking, breath-work and cold water therapy, we get outside as much as possible. The clue is in the name, Lunar Spirit, we connect to the cycles of the moon, mother natures cyclical rhythms of the seasons, elements and planetary alignments, working in sync with your own natural rhythms brings a deeper connection to energy that is all around us- everything is connected!
