There’s a reason understanding your past hasn’t changed how it feels to live in your body.
Talk therapy works with the conscious mind. But trauma doesn’t live in the story alone.
It lives in your nervous system.
In the tension that arrives before your brain has even caught up.
In the patterns that fire automatically, long after the danger has passed.
Somatic comes from the Greek word soma — meaning body. The somatic approach is working with all of YOU, your physical , emotional, energetic and inter-generational.
This is the work that reaches what words can’t, what you don't know or cannot see.

“Ah, now I understand.”
Your body has been trying to tell you something...
At 3am, when the world goes quiet, the thought arrives:
“I don’t know who I am anymore.”
You’ve done the therapy. Read the books. Journalled until your hand ached. You understand, intellectually, why you are the way you are.
And still.
Something remains.
You find yourself back in the same patterns. The same relationships. The same shrinking.
That moment where you go to speak and something closes in your throat.
You tell yourself you’re fine. Even when you know you’re not.
You are exhausted by holding it all together. By performing okay. By living in the gap between who you are and who you feel able to be. And underneath all of that, a quiet belief you’ve never quite been able to shake:
“I am too much. I am not enough. I have to keep earning my place.”
You’ve become so skilled at being acceptable. Manageable. Safe for others
that you’ve lost the thread back to yourself.
And part of you is scared.
Scared that opening this will make it worse.
Scared that you are too much to fully seen.
Scared that you should be further along by now.
Here’s what I want you to know:
You haven’t failed at healing.
You just haven’t yet worked with your body.
That is where the trauma lives. And that is where we begin.
Your nervous system protected you.
Freeze, fight, fawn, flee -these were intelligent responses.
Not character flaws. Not weakness.
Your brain adapted to survive.
Those beliefs were wired in during your hardest moments ,
I’m not safe. I’m not enough. I have to make myself small. They kept you protected.
They can also be rewired.
But talk therapy works at the level of the conscious mind.
It cannot fully reach what is stored in the body, or what is deeply wired in the neural pathways built through survival.
That’s why you can know something ,truly understand it - and still feel it in your body as if it happened yesterday.
That’s why the patterns keep returning.
This isn’t a reflection of how hard you’ve tried. It’s a reflection of where the work needs to go next.

Accessing and releasing what logic and language cannot reach. The breath is the bridge between your conscious mind and your nervous system and one of the most powerful tools for real, lasting change.
The Energetic Body
Energy clearing and sound work.
Shifting the emotional weight and patterns you can feel, even when you can’t name them.
Working with your cycles and your body’s natural rhythms to support deep integration and restoration.

A 90-day somatic healing journey.

There are no modules. No boxes to tick. No performance.
This is a therapeutic relationship
built on safety, trust and deep attunement,
in a private. space in Bedfordshire where you are fully held.
Over 3 months, and beyond we work across body, brain, breath and energy , you move through three stages
Heal & Release the Past Releasing stored tension, trauma and survival patterns your body has been holding. Because you cannot build a new life on an unhealed nervous system.
Activate Your Inner Power Rewiring the beliefs that kept you small. Reconnecting to your breath, your body and your own deep knowing. Reclaiming the version of you that existed before survival took over.
Create Your Future From a regulated nervous system and a rewired mind ,you begin to live differently. Not just surviving. Choosing. Creating. Becoming.
The Structure:
Foundation Session (2–3 hours)
We build safety first. We map your nervous system, understand your patterns, and co-create your personal roadmap.
You leave feeling held, clear, and ready.
Sessions 2–7 (90 minutes each)
We go deeper, layer by layer.
Releasing. Rewiring.
Breathing. Shifting.
No two sessions are the same — because no two women are.
Between Sessions
Ongoing support with personalised practices, voice notes, and nervous
system tools.
This work continues between sessions.
