​Our Wellness Days are designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul, supporting recovery, building confidence, and strengthening resilience.

What to Expect:

  • Breath work to release tension and reset your nervous system

  • Connection to nature and fire pit chats

  • Meditation to let go of the past and cultivate self-confidence

  • Contrast therapy to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit while enhancing resilience​ with our infrared sauna, cold water exposure and compression  therapy. 

Each Wellness Day is a transformative experience, combining practical tools and holistic practices to help you heal, grow, and thrive. Available at our Wilstead venue. 

 Breath Work, Movement & Creative  Group Workshops

Explore a variety of breath work, movement, and creative practices designed for inner healing, self-expression, and personal transformation. We focus on different subjects and modalities to help you release emotions, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit. Offered at various times through the year-visit our booking system for what's on.

GROUP WORKSHOPS

In today’s fast-paced world, the demands of work, school and daily life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stressed and disconnected. Prioritising mental health and emotional well-being has never been more important. We set up a dedicated community interest company,  to  help provide a much needed gap in services. 

Wellness on the Move CIC, Jen and the team bring the transformative benefits of breath work, movement and coaching directly into the community, workplaces, schools and events—where it’s needed most.

From years of work in private therapy and coaching, Jen has seen a striking trend: around 90% of the people she works with experience stress related to work, school or relationships, often leading to low self-esteem and declining mental health. We’re here to change that. Whether you’re a charity, organisation, group or business, we offer tailored workshops designed to support students, staff and communities with tools to manage stress, boost resilience and reconnect with themselves.
